Arusa is a passionate HR and Administrative Professional, holding a CHRP designation along with over 4 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. She has previously worked with various non-profit institutions such as The Aga Khan Council for Canada, and the Canada Homestay Network Society. Arusa has been the HR & Administrative Coordinator at Urban Alliance on Race Relations for over a year and she hopes to continue to utilize her knowledge, skills, and creativity within this role to help the organization implement active initiatives to promote equity, and effectively dismantle systemic racism.
