Hannah Medina is a Programs Assistant at the Urban Alliance on Race Relations. She is a recent Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate from X University (formerly known as Ryerson University). She is currently supporting the Anti-Oppression and Anti-Racism (ARAO) Institute and the Filipino Youth Fellowship Program. Previously, she coordinated the 2021 Racial Justice Summit and supported the Filipino Youth Space and Racial Justice Awards Night. Hannah is a life-long learner that is passionate about policy, community capacity building and supporting people and communities where they are at.
